"We came in and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I payed for the extra charge of the concierge room because it had a continental breakfast added on, but the continental breakfast was only bread and some basic fruits like apples and oranges. Very poor breakfast. Our room didn't get touched by cleaning staff once during our stay so we had to go down to the front desk and get towels ourselves. Then at checkout we noticed extra charges on our credit card. Overall not a great stay for us. Will not be staying here again. "

"Frustrating as I made multiple reservations via EXPEDIA and the manager to CONFIRM reservations and still staff can’t locate then put us on different floors. Our 2nd front desk individual was polite helpful and placed us same floor. Decor is dated, but great for those going to the waterpark as they supply towels. They’re renovating so elevators are slow go and usually crowded. Night 2 fire alarm went off waking us at 4:42 till 5:26. Internal problem so there resolution was 12noon check out. Again the fire alarm went off before noon. So glad my grandkids are older and not scared just responsive. Parking was good close to the hotel, bellhops available. The staff are nice just misinformed. Great service in the restaurant everyone enjoyed from salads to steak and finished with crème brûlées Family Affordable "

"Pillows were round large and hard! Beds were ok but not fantastic. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Some of our team that stayed on the first floor said they smelled weed all night! Gross… would not stay at this hotel again for those reasons. Lounge and main entrance great 👍 breakfast was not appetizing with powder eggs and same standard hotel toast and donuts … nothing stood out to impress us to come back sorry"

"Room was really beat up. The heat didn't work and the cabinets wouldn't close all the way. The beds are allegedly queen. I didn't bring my tape, but they seemed small. But at least they are super uncomfortable. The pool deck is unbelievably slippery, to the point of being hazardous. Hotel was super loud all night. Definitely not a place to take a family. Breakfast was good. "
