Communication around our booking was excellent - we received replies to our questions promptly and staff were eager to help. Check-in was speedy and the actually accommodation was gorgeous. Parking was tightand could have been communicaed before we got to the venue as theres no legal parking outside to go in and ask. Decent accomodation tho and very clean. The blinds in the appartment were a bit poor tho as lots of slats were missing and peopel across in the other fats could see in.

It was perfect for our long weekend stay. It’s great that there is parking and it was in a super convenient location for heading into the main area of Liverpool. The lady on the desk was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was great. Really spacious and the beds were super comfy! Unfortunately when we arrived there were protesters outside which didn’t make for a pleasant arrival. It didn’t disrupt our stay however.

The staff is very welcoming and we enjoyed our 2 bedroom apt very much! It was spotless clean and the beds were comfy. The location is perfect and we only had to walk approx. 5 minutes to get to the nightlife area f.e. Cavern Club and bars as well as the vast shopping streets. Can highly recommend the appartement complex and will definitely stay here again when back in Liverpool!

Great space in the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and with two bathrooms! Nice to have a washing machine within the apartment, especially as we had been travelling for a week. Located in a quieter area, it was an easy, short walk into the city centre and the heart of things. Would stay again at this location.
