"Lithia springs is the best hotel in all of Ashland. I love the rooms with the individual tubs and the beds are super cozy and comfy. The fireplaces are really nice touch and they love that they have laundry facilities and an ice machine, the gardens are gorgeous I love the waterfall, and I love the pool. It's a very relaxing spot and the overall vibe of the place is very welcoming and nourishing. Very different from their neighbors next door plus the water feels different and better. Easy parking friendly staff and I love the amenities"

"Just a block from the Shakespeare Festival, this hotel is ideally located. Room was clean as were common areas. Chairs in the room were cute, but could use some stuffing. Breakfast was good deal at $5…a step up from chain hotel breakfasts. "

"I was very disappointed that you have discontinued your breakfast. I understand the staffing and expense side, and that is I’m sure considerable. However the convenience for your guests is also very considerable. The option you have in place is both expensive and not very appetizing. ( it was not a good meal) Everything else about your hotel is really very very good. I hope you reconsider your decision to end the breakfast. An extra charge, along with a reduction in wasted food and portioned products would go a long way. Even with a wait time to have the food ready is better than downstairs. But I would guess the rent they pay helps you out too. Use their space for the breakfast and open the upstairs to something else. Something else would work here and I’d love it if it could be found."
