"First off, the instructions were unclear upon arrival. The number provided was not the right one. When we arrived, we were waiting outside with no other way to reach the host. The beach was neglected, inside the house had a broken vent, unsafe dishwasher, dirty sheets, vents were filthy, and more. After speaking with Vrbo, they finally got a hold of the host. "We had a lot of fun at the cottage with grown up kids and two dogs. The deck was amazing with its 3 levels and spectacular views (would have been nice to have kayaks or a canoe to enjoy the lake though). Location was great, super close to Bala. Cottage had a good vibe, could have been a bit cleaner…and cheaper. Great stay overall."
