The property was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful as well and we were provided with firewood for the pit! Our host was so helpful and communicative. We had a lovely stay with friends! The only issue we had was that the photos on the listing seemed to imply the property is waterfront or is accessible to a waterfront. We learned that the nearest beach access is all owned privately and we were not allowed to go down. There is another way to get to the beach publicly but it was much further away than expected.
Amazing place to stay. The house is very well kept and very spacious, the fire place was also very nice and was really nice to use. Super close to the beach which was great when wanting to see the sunrise.

This place is beautiful! So peacefully and picturesque. We had a great time staying here. From the confortable living, to the firepit, and the easy access. We really enjoyed our weekend here. Jeffrey was quick to respond, if we had any questions too. We will be looking to book here again soon.

It was too clean and a good place for getting rest and is very quiet. I recommend it.
It was a great experience. Jeff was so nice with us, property was very clean and you’ll get most of the items inside the property. Overall, we enjoyed a lot. Thanks Jefferey.
The clean & neat cottage is as described. Not located on the water, but a nice quiet location that was very relaxing for us. We would enjoy staying there again.A couple minor housekeeping issues. I suggest adding some hand towels as we used face cloths to wipe hands in the bathroom & kitchen instead of using large bath towels. A fresh dish cloth in addition to a questionable sponge for washing dishes would be appreciated, and an extra dish towel to dry dishes. I found no facial tissues. Some extra paper towel rolls would be helpful since there were no hand towels available. The dishwasher needs a rinse agent refill to run efficiently. Minor things but adds to the comfort of brief stays. Thanks Jeffry! We enjoyed our time there.
Cottage is well decorated , very clean and well appointed. Many places to sit and enjoy the trees around. Only problem was finding the cottage. The way the address was presented i thought we were seeking 57th Ave. so I emailed and asked for a number as 57th seemed unlikely. The response did not clarify. Eventually , with luck , we twigged that it was 7 th Ave and eventually saw the number 5 and knew we were there. We were not given a phone number for the host to help with this or to call if there were any problems. Not everyone carries a computer on holiday. After that beginning we very much enjoyed the cottage and the area.
House and property was very nice. We loved using the fire pit and BBQ.Main issue was listing says sleeps 6 but there were only 2 queen beds. When I messaged owner, they told me that it clearly says on the listing that there is only 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. However you cannot list that your property sleeps 6 than. We assumed there would be a pull-out couch or some other option. Owner offered to come unlock the bunky in the back but let us know it was not cleaned. (Note when I made the reservation I did indicate 6 people would be staying). Luckily one friend had a camping mattress and another slept on the couch.Once listing is fixed I think this place is great otherwise. Lovely location, outdoor seating, good internet and prompt response from owner.
