"Everything was wonderful. We got to the hotel at 3:30 (check in was supposed to be at 3) The staff was so amazing trying to comfort us while waiting. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our entire party. Our rooms weren't ready until almost 5pm but your staff bought us pizza and we just relaxed in your breakfast area watching tv. The rooms were very clean. This message is most certainly not meant in a negative way. Your staff (I wish I could remember his name) was just so amazing. Chatted with us every time we saw him and asking our or stay is. Great employee's 10 *stars* if you had that :-)"
