"Had a full refund back as room was at the top of the building in the eaves mattress was stained and could feel the springs on the bed . No proper mattress protector only an old blanket the blinds in the bathroom and the bedroom were ripped and the carpet looked very worn the gentleman that doubt with my problem was very good and gave me a full refund.
