The room was great, just a few steps to the beach. Brien at the front desk made this a wonderful getaway for me. The staff always made aure i have frwsh towels and im sure that was thanks to Brien. It was a wonderful stay. I will be back in the fall!

They changed our room because the first room was musty and very dated. I thought that they had updated rooms. I asked and paid extra but the room was not updated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We visited the resort in October which is off season for them. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and courteous. We will definitely return next year.

Great overall location were slightly outdated but clean and very attentive staff. Management person noted I could not change specific room since done through Expedia which I thought was odd. Front desk staff Melissa was very accommodating to ensure my 82 year old mom did not have to climb stairs. One management glitch was made up by attentive front desk and housekeeping staff.

Hotel was fine. Restaurant was closed for the weekend for private parties. PAID holiday rates and had to eat off property. No one told us that we couldn't eat there. Yet we oaid top rates.

I liked the clean beach, pool, beach chairs, and room. I didn't like that coffee, shampoo etc was never replenished during my 4 night stay. Staff took trash out and replaced towels, that's all. I did like the location of the hotel, very peaceful.

We had requested an upgrade knowing that with the impending hurricane there would be cancellations. This never happened. The room had a strange odor to it. The stove was beyond filthy. The room was no bargain and not worth the high rating. We will most likely not return.

We had a great time at the Blue Water Resort. Our room was clean and comfy, the staff was great. The private beach was a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at the Blue Water again when we visit the Cape

Not very happy with our room that was below grade!! It’s similar to renting a basement apartment! When walking into the rental,office, no greeting no welcome to our resort no chit chat really cold staff-sad! Mattresses need to be flipped or changed or something sagging! The property is fabulous!

Love Labor Day weather
The facility was awesome. Only suggestion I have is that there be someplace to hang bathing suits. It's a beach resort. You need a towel hook near the shower and a close line or drying rack available.

The pool and beach were perfect. The building is outdated and the bathroom was sketchy. They charged $4 for a coffee which should be free! They also charge to park.

We liked beach on property. Staff was very friendly! Disliked that you had to pay for parking and sometimes had to wait for a spot to open up. Also had to pay a daily fee of 50.00 for?? Waiting for that refund to hit my account.

I love the hidden indoor pool and hot tub. along with the beach right on the front of the property. one thing i can say is I paid for the beach front room and we got a side view with no beach front.

Must love kids to stay here
Don’t stay here unless you love kids. I’ve always wanted to go here with my husband because I was lured in with the “resort” in the name. Not only was it double the price of other local motels everything extra cost money. No free breakfast and it even cost $25 per day to park. Staff was nice and so was the room. ALL the pools were full all weekend. Mostly with children who’s parents were too busy day drinking to pay attention to them running around and screaming. They really should have an adult only area. My kids are grown and I was looking forward to a quiet weekend. No microwave in the room but there was a wine fridge LOL. Also, checkout wasn’t until 11 yet the housekeeper was knocking on our door at 8:45 while we were still sleeping. Then while cleaning the neighboring room she was banging so loudly. We ended up leaving an hour early.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The property is in an ideal location right on the beach with views for miles. Unfortunately, the building has fallen into disrepair and the front desk staff are in desperate need of hospitality training.
