"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time. On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained."

"We were thrilled! Lou was great on check in. Room was so nice and well equipped. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were closed which is a bummer but otherwise, couldn’t have been happier. "

"Parking garage was convenient and directly under the hotel. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful . The whole hotel smelled good. There wasn't a weird smell anywhere . The room was very clean. Sheets were nice and the beds were comfortable. Nice big screen TV. Plenty of coffee. Very spacious. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I am in the Everett vicinity"
