"I recently stayed here on a solo trip, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The suite was huge, spotless, beautifully designed, and so cozy — everything felt fresh, modern, and relaxing. It had that “just right” balance of comfort and style that makes you feel at home away from home. The customer service was outstanding! Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to housekeeping. You can tell the staff takes real pride in making sure guests have a great experience. The local restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. My host and waitress were both so sweet and attentive, making dining solo feel comfortable and enjoyable.I put in my notes that I wanted a nice sunset view and they definitely made it happen! Another huge plus — the location! The hotel is in walking distance to the Fashion Square Mall, Ocean 44, and Toca Madera, which made exploring and grabbing dinner super convenient. Whether you’re traveling solo or just need a peaceful reset, this hotel is a total gem. I left feeling relaxed and recharged."

"The greeting and check I. The valet all excellent ! The room the hallway not so good, needs repair and sprucing- definitely not worked of a four star review it was three star at best . And then they have the gall to play a video showing the owners and their vision for the place - what a farce! They’re cheaping out! Where are they??!!"
