"The location was good with all the services we needed close by such as the food hall (food was good). Short drive to visitors center. Mather view point very close to get your first glimpse of the canyon."

The staff was great, building/room/grounds were clean, onsite dining options with several options (resort pricing but that’s expected). We had a nice patio facing the trees. The shuttle stops and canyon views were just down the block. We’d definitely stay here again."

None of this was told to us or listed when we booked. We checked in then immediately left. The front desk staff is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Just know what the situation in the hotel is at this time. "
