"The hotel is enormous and you sort of feel like a number unfortunatly… Even though many employees are very nice, we were disappointed more than once. When we arrived for Check-in, only half an hour before the official Check-in Time, there was no room for us and worse nobody could tell us when it would be ready… the hotel has more than 1000 rooms… When we actually got a room, the sofa bed where two of us were sleeping (we are a family of 4) was not made into a bed and we had to ask for it to be...
