This place definitely shows it's miles on it. The bed was comfy and it had all the basic amenities I needed, but was definitely not something that felt luxury by any means. I only needed a place for the night, so it did the job that I needed.

When I got there I went in to my room both of the beds had a lot of stain and the pillows had hair on them but the staff were very nice and they helped us a lot and they helped us get a new room so when I was inside the room it was better than the last room also the elevation lodge was close to everywhere.

Hotel.com failed to communicate the true condition of the property. The property did not have a functioning pool or jacuzzi, the pictures were misleading. Carpet and walls were dirty. Best part of the hotel were the location and staff. I would down grade them from a 7.8 to a 2.
