"Pam was very helpful at check in , explaining everything about the hotel and assisting with dinner reservations. Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage. "

"A very comfortable stay! The rooms provided were very clean and quiet. There is ample carparking along the street however, everyday is a lottery as Queenstown can be quite busy. The only nitpick comment I would have to make is that the room can be a little too dim. The size of the rooms are huge but the amount light can be a bit insufficient. During the day there is just enough natural light which is fine."

"The fireplace in the lobby is irresistible, and the couches and interior decor are modern but cosy (the fireplace was what drew me to pick St Moritz and it didn’t disappoint). Loved the room which was more spacious than expected with a super comfy king bed and large shower. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so don't expect slippers or disposable milk pods (you have to request it from reception). "Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...
