"Family room was really nice. Two separate rooms, bunk beds for kids and a luxury bathroom that we weren’t expecting at a Holiday Inn. Restaurant convenient and open late and excellent breakfast buffet included in our room. Next to no parking at the hotel but public parking fairly close for $11.50 for 24 hours. Staff were really helpful and the app to pay is at the front desk and pretty easy to use. We wished we had stayed here for our longer stay in Queenstown a few days later."
"The room and washroom are clean and walking distance to the lake. Heating is good in the room. Nice for cold weather. But no elevator or help for big luggage."
