Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were always helpful and friendly. Rooms was very clean and and comfortable made up daily. Buffet breakfast was yummy. We stayed for 10 nights, not one problem while we stayed there. Very comfortable, clean and staff were always accomodating. The only thing I would say is, there isn’t anywhere in the hotel to sit and relax in front of the fire place, this area is closed after breakfast and re opens for dinner so we found ourselves circling cafes to find an area were we could all catch up and relax. But that definitely didn’t affect our stay and the experience was excellent… just some feedback for the hotel."

Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown

"We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time. They did do their best though. Not complaining. Restaurant and bar staff are excellent. We will definitely book there again."
