"We stayed for two nights and the first night was awful due to a broken bed. However the staff were brilliant and arranged a change of room for the next night. We stay here regularly and happy to recommend."

"The bar offered a good selection, but the bread was a bit old. The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly."

"Lobby and rooms: very good. Minus lack of coffee machine in the bedroom though, surprising for a Sofitel. But they provide free bottles of water in the bedroom. Elevators are so-so but nothing risky. The club sandwich at The Terrace restaurant : avoid. "
