"As a budget hotel, it was excellent. Everything was provided in the room what was needed for an overnight stay. Beds were so comfy and room was set out really nice. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Dining room/ reception area was ideal and breakfast was excellent."

"I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it never disappoints. Love the warehouse look, the size of the rooms and comfy beds. Highly recommend"
"Fantastic location, great friendly staff. Overall we would stay here again provided we are in the more luxurious rooms. Standard rooms seem a little small. It quite easy to get around everywhere within 10 to 15 minute walk.
Televisions need an upgrade to SMART ones, and higher water pressure in the shower would be much better."
"Great stay and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to our gig. Staff were friendly as ever, although the hotel is a maze and we kept getting lost looking for the stairs to avoid the lift and get our steps in 😂!"

"Absolutely spot on for what I needed. 11am checkout was brilliant meant I didn’t have to rush the next morning.
Mackie Mayor by the hotel is brilliant, food was amazing. Can recommend the steak!

"The room was entry-level but spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean, with plenty of surfaces for placing belongings. The refurbished bathrooms, complete with an illuminated powder/shaving mirror, are a thoughtful touch. At £170 for a Friday night with breakfast included, the price sits just above budget price. Well, it does for my pocket.
Breakfast was generally good. The cooked options were better than average, though the continental spread of meats and cheeses didn’t quite match what the menu promised. A few listed items were missing from the buffet, which has been a recurring issue in my previous stays at this hotel.
The beds use standard hard platform bases with commercial mattresses, which tend to be the hotel’s weak point. That said, the mattress during this stay was more comfortable than usual, making for a reasonable night’s sleep."
