The inn is situated in the heart of Holmfirth. The are very friendly and helpful.we had a small double which was ok for us, but if you are a large person it may be a bit tight and this goes for the shower cubicle also. The in the inn is very good. A good choice for breakfast. We will be coming back.

Old building, which I really loved. Very good service. Had to queue at the bar. Very pleasant outdoor eating area. Great, varied menu. Plenty veggie options. Quite noisy at night due to club/bar next door open late. I didn’t mind but some might. Breakfast very varied and adaptable. Bedroom and bathroom very small. Overall, very pleasant and conveniently placed hotel with great food.

Visit to Holmfirth

The staff were all polite and helpful. The room was clean tidy and had a very good nights sleep so bed was comfortable. Situated in a great place we went to the Picturedrome which was next door. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely stay again

An enjoyable stay but stairs to room was difficult for us although staff were very helpful with luggage. Room was tiny but OK for one night. Food good, reasonably priced and plentiful. All staff friendly and helpful and Holmfirth itself delightful.

Its the second time we've stayed at the hotel, when attending a concert next door at the Picturedrome. The hotel is really nice, with both bar and restaurant facilities. The rooms are a little small, but are clean and comfortable. The main positive for the hotel is the staff. They are excellent. On our first night, in atrocious weather. Our room sprung a leak at about 7a.m. Ten minutes later we were allocated another room with no hassle. The bar.is good with a nice selection of beers and wine. Its a busy spot especially at weekends, but again the staff are great. The restaurant is really good. The breakfast is lovely, can fully recommend the eggs Royale. We had an early evening meal prior to the concert and it was very good. My steak was cooked perfectly. The two young ladies working the restaurant were busy but very good at their jobs...thank you. The outdoor area of the hotel is a little noisy, but thats down to the attraction of Holmfirth for its bars and music venues. If you're part of that crowd then the hotel is ideal for a stay. We'll certainly be back...thank you.😁

Really good experience. Cheerful staff. Excellent breakfast. Only let down was the bins hadn't been emptied from the previous guest. Would highly recommend.

The old bridge hotel is a great place to stay, so central to everything in holmfirth. The evening meal and breakfast were really nice. Disappointed in the upstairs snd bedrooms, very dated and looking old and sad 😔

Great stay in the centre of Holmsfirth surrounded by more quality eating and drinking options than you'd expect for a small town. The hotel is clean and comfortable albeit the rooms aren't the largest but they're still okay. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
