"Communication with the staff was terrible. They don’t listen to guest requests or try to help, even when you ask well in advance and are willing to pay extra. They keep you waiting until the last moment just to say it’s not possible. The house was only average: the toilet and shower have no locks, the Wi-Fi barely works, and the shower is half broken, you have to hold the showerhead yourself, and it splashes water everywhere. "Stayed for an event at hall 5 of the NEC and this is an option which puts you less than a 2minute walk from that venue. It can’t be beaten for convenience in that regard. Rooms are clean and trendy with all the basic amenities you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was great with an array of hot and cold options to hopefully suit all tastes. If there’s any negatives to be had - it’s probably the price. It’s not a cheap stay here - but it’s probably worth the extra for the convenience factor if you’re at the NEC. Would absolutely stay here again. "
