"We will definitely stay here again, room was a little cold but we didn’t go and ask anyone to change anything, the only gripe i would have is paying to park, only £6 I know but to shop the parking is free at the centre but had to park to stay at hotel."

"Easy parking Did not use spa Owners away so could not get breakfast in but they recommended a cafe just down the road Was a bit unsure about the front door being unlocked but apparently most hotels and B & Bs do that nowadays Lovely place"

"We checked in for two nights and dispite having a few hiccups with the room and the restaurant bill the staff were lovely very friendly and polite and extremely efficient. Our problems were solved straight away with no issues. The pool was lovely and warm but did get a bit crowded at times with children but the morning was quite. It might be an idea to have times for members to swim separately to guest that way everyone gets a chance to swim.The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was also good. The hotel it's self could do with an update but the beds were lovely and comfy. The roads into the carpark could do with levelling off loads of uneven road surfaces. We would definitely go back. "

"Unnecessary and ineffective electronic check in systems near pointless, helpfully a member of staff appears like Mr Ben, so very helpful indeed, but why the nonsense in the first place? Ditto on exit, need a human to get the invoice. Noisy overnight, many emergency vehicle sirens at different points. Food ok but expensive £8.50 for a portion of onion rings. Room sparse but comfy, all round average"

"I stayed here for one night as was attending a concert at BP pulse which is walking distance. Staff was friendly, really liked the lounge area, breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were good enough, perhaps could have been a little bit longer (I am 6 foot 3!) but overall, an excellent stay with no complaints. Good value for money, and would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone had to go somewhere near by i.e. Birmingham Airport, BP pulse or NEC "
