We stayed in this hoel for 4 nights. Hotel's location is perfect, just few minutes buy walking to the Phoenchit BTS station. Room is big and clean, breakfast has lots of choices. All staffs are friendly and helpful, especially one staff at the concierge name PAI, he is very very kind and helpful, always gave us great favor for what we need to know. Outstanding property right in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Fresh and delicious food for every palate. I was impressed. The facility is great. The staff are kind and generous with their time. One small bump was the children screaming in the lobby after 9PM. The sound traveled farther into the room than I was hoping. But by 10PM it had died down. I thought someone on their staff should have addressed this. Overall, great experience!

Everything is perfect except one mosquito :)

Overall 6-nights stay is over my expectations. Love the cleanliness and quietness. However, I was bitten by a mosquito on my bed while watching tv on my second night and I killed it. Personally I hate mosquitoes. :( didn’t see any for thé rest of my stay tho.

Rooms are not good compared to the hotel overall. Hotel location, building, reception, restaurants, pool side and garden , fitness centre are amazing. Staff are so kind and welcoming . I can rate all of them as 5/5, but not the rooms. I asked to change my room but even the other one was not to my expectations. It’s the first time for my among all my trips in my whole life that I rate the hotel as 5* hotel but unfortunately the rooms as 3*. We practiced weird smell in the room, the bathroom and even the bed sheets and towels. Bathroom was not clean at all. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The hotel was so cold and cooking smell was unpleasant as soon as we open our room door. I really wish management would consider renovating the rooms and bathrooms.

I have stayed there previously a few years ago and really enjoyed myself. The pool and surrounds were particularly restful unfortunately the size of the pool and surrounds has been reduced.... progress. But all other aspects were great

The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were very kind. However, there was a large bathtub in the room that was never cleaned during my stay. When I wiped it with a tissue, the tissue turned completely brown, making me wonder if it had been cleaned regularly at all.

This resort had clean spaces and rooms. Food was excellent and they were very conscious of our food allergies - gluten and dairy. Massage was good but expensive for the area. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good. Could walk some places. My only issue was some of the deferred maintenance in the room. Toilet kept clogging, one of the sink spouts was detaching and the shower water pressure wasn't great. Overall a good stay and would choose again.

Construction all around the property that will take a long time to complete. whole room flooded with a 5 minute shower had to switch rooms. Not a good spot if you want to relax.

Very good breakfast. Pool is nice, the water is a bit cold but doable. Due to the construction at the next building it was very noisy at the pool. Earplugs helped but because the wifi in the hotel is overall poor it also listening to vids did not go smoothly. Tv channels and quality are below standards. Location was good. If you catch the boot on time you could be in Central World in 10mins, Siam and MBK in 15.
