Everything was perfect. We could walk the room with barefoot because it was so clean. The housekeeper gave us enough tissues and toilet papers. It sounds a small thing but it is a big deal. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. But steps were unexpectedly deep, so be careful. So many restaurants and shops and trains are very close.Very convenient.The breakfast buffet was great, too. I really enjoyed the hotel.

Friendly staff and convenient location

We arrived early and could leave our luggage at the reception and enjoy complementary coffee at the pool area. Our room was ready by 12 and we even received an upgrade to an apartment suite. Staff was very friendly and even assisted making a specific spa appointment. Location convenient to Sukhumvit and Asok metro line stations. Terminal 21 mall in walking distance as are restaurants, sports facilities etc.

Conveniently located near BTS and MRT stations. There are Japanese staff members stationed there, so it's easy to express your requests regarding the hotel. I always use it. It's popular with Japanese people.

They should not market this hotel as a 5 star, maybe it was at one point but not for a long time. Should have chosen another newer 5 star instead. It’s old and run down inside and the rooms, and also in a shady area with questionable things going on around it and the customers there seeming to bring it in. The staff were great but the hotel very far from a 5 star.
