"Location is perfect"

"We where very happy with this Hotel and would stay there again. The Buffet Breakfast was well organize, also filled and everything one could want for Breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day, nice thick and soft towels. The staff was always available to answer any question and make a little chit chat. I cannot comment on the parking because we didn't use it. This RIU Hotel was close to all the major Sports or Concert venues. Transit was 1 block away."

"great place to stay if you're travelling solo! i was staying in a all women dorm, and the room was very clean and well ventilated, which was definitely nice with this beginni of summer weather. the breakfast was very simple (bagels, cereals and/or apples and bananas), but it was quite nice to be able to munch a little bit for free in the morning :) well located and sound proof, there was a party across the street at a bar but i couldn't hear anything from my room!"

"You get what you pay for. The best part about this place was the location if you need to be on campus for a meeting. However, the checkin and checkout experience was with students that were unsure of what they were doing. In addition to this, my door was pounded on by security at midnight because I was watching a video on my phone. This was very frustrating and felt like I had no personal space. Because I went there for work, I could have been on a meeting with an international collaborator- the interruption would have been unprofessional. The next night there were several buses of high school graduates that checked in and took over the floor being very loud until 2am and nothing was said."

"The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information."

"Great amenities, very kind staff, and good pricing. The place is kept very clean, and the location couldn't be better - at a short walk's distance from everything downtown! The little things one must get used to are the thin doors on the pods and the lack of ceilings on the top pods - if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some earbuds. There are also 2 showers per gender only, so you might have to wait a little to shower if the hostel is fuller. Overall, I would both recommend and go back."
