"The staff at the hotel is super friendly and truly helpful. After a long day of travel it was lovely to be received by Tajan with a delicious cookie and a welcoming attitude. He even reccomended a great restaurant nearby. The hotel is a bit on the older side and rooms are OK. Breakfast was included and was good."

"I’ve stayed at a few hotels over the years, but this is by far the nicest one. I did not see a speck of dust anywhere. Each and everyone of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Another thing that caught my attention is the craftsmanship that went into putting this place together, the tiles , the trim, the amenities, all top tier and great quality. Luxurious and comfortable. "The stay was for one night to have somewhere safe to stay after a night out. I booked for three people but there were only enough bedding/pillows and towels for two people. The room was simple and clean, the bathroom was tiny and the shower needs a lip. The security in the building was very spirited in his duties to meet us at the door upon returning from a night out to admonish grown woman for speaking too loudly on the way to our room then following us and standing outside the door l, aggravating the situation. Being old ladies, we know a sad"

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "
