Gorgeous accommodation in historic building, smartly renovated. Nice touches everywhere. We did have difficulty getting ice cold water out of the tap , but I would most definitely stay here when visiting Brockville.

Very unique property in an old bank. Just as advertised. Beautiful and interesting place. Right downtown can walk to restaurants and the water. We stayed in the steam punk room and my husband loved it as he is a plumber. Bed was comfortable. Seamless check in process. Our room was a little loud at night as we were on the outside wall..but the provided ear plugs did the trick. 🙂. Just a wonderful place. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the nicest stays we have had in a long while. The property is so well planned out and we loved our space. The theme of the old bank was so fun. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel when staying in Brockville.

Check-in using a key code for the outer and inner door was smooth and without any issues. The free Wi-Fi and cable/streaming TVs all worked well. The property itself is really a unique find; the converted bank building has a ton of character and the Wall suite was huge and well-appointed for a multi-night stay by a family. The eating, living, and bunk bed area of the suite is at ground level on a main street and there can be some minor traffic noise until about midnight. It didn't bother us, but if you need silence to sleep pick a different room. A few suggestions: 1) The shower grout needs bleaching in the bottom corners and there is unfinished maintenance in the loft ceiling with a small square cut in the sheetrock. Get these minor issues sorted promptly. 2) Provide instructions for how the enormous powered blinds operate. We figured out the remote but it took a few tries. 3) Provide more ground coffee for the French press; more was delivered on request but the amount provided initially did make weak coffee. Overall, would stay again if visiting the area.

We didn’t want to leave! - Easy self-parking and simple check-in process. We arrived late after a long day. It was nice to just park out back and access the suite in our own. - the suite is well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable queen size Murphy bed in the living room. - eye masks, earplugs are provided
