I really love how friendly and welcoming the staff are—it made our stay feel comfortable and enjoyable from the start. I also love our room, especially having the kitchen, which made it so convenient for us. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, which added to the overall positive experience. Excellent staff and well equipped rooms. Last minute stay on route to Kawartha Lakes as slipped snd needed hospital attention. Booked accessible room and it was great. Tub was not accessible without the seat they were happy to bring up to us. A good breakfast! A great new hotel
