"Great property, nice heated pool. Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!"

"A great place to share with other families. My brother, sister and our children shared this rental on our most recent stay. Owner is extremely responsive with any questions. My brother and his children really liked the setup. Every bedroom having their own bathroom is very helpful. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Everything about our stay was perfect! Our place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with items you would need for a long stay. Our host, Debbie, set up a seamless check in and check out process. She was in contact with us as needed and was willing to help at any time. The location is ideal for walking or biking to pickleball or the beach. The porch was perfect for our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We would highly recommend staying at the "Southern Charm Villa""

"Love this property, perfect location. Nice amenities with pool, fitness center, close and easy access to the beach and things to do. Love that we could ride bikes all over the resort, close to outfitters where we could rent bikes, fishing poles, kayaks. If you like to play pickleball or tennis, lots of courts within walllkng distance, same for golfing. Just an overall amazing location. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was easy and very timely. Would definitely recommend and rebook this property!"

"Our host was excellent! Wonderful communication! The unit is exactly as described! Beautiful views from the deck of the golf course. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the deck. We ate dinner at Alexander’s in Palmetto Dunes which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the future!!!"

"This home is top notch!! The kitchen is well equipped and modern. High end appliances and 2 full size refrigerators!!! Plus a wet bar in living room with an ice machine…each en-suite room is so comfortable and decorated in a different theme. Huge TV in living room. We loved the pool and hot tub! Plenty of room and hot tub heats up on demand very quickly. The linens were all fresh and clean. Huge washer and dryer were handy too!! Host was responsive and very pleasant. One night we hired a chef to come and prepare and serve us dinner. He was very impressed with the home. Plus, elevator was helpful to carry suitcases etc. we just loved Island Escape!!!"
