"1. Safety Hazards: None of bathrooms, kitchen nor laundry room have ground fault electric receptacles. Not up to code. Some loose steps on beach boardwalk. No grab bars in shower stalls.2. Some non guest friendly features: All closet shelves - height from floor to top of shelf is 7'. From floor to hanger rod -6'8". Out of reach for many. Third floor master bedroom closet door scrapes floor - can't open/close Beach shower head 7" from floor to head. On/off shower control handle 5' from floor to handle. No lower water faucet to just wash sand offfeet/shoes. Needs double faucet with short hose to rinse off sand at low lever. Standng water/mold on floor at beach shower location. No forewarning that elevator is shut off after check in until check out, resulting in 92 and 89 year olds walking up three levels of stairs during stay. No instructions for high tech thermostats. Requires trial and error to learn to adjust temperature. Third floor temperature was 65 when checked in.Above are thngs that need attention.. Otherwise the house was great. Had everything we needed and was very confortable for our family."
