Staff were outstanding in every way... friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made everything easily accessible and enjoyable, even offering a free shuttle to Shelter Cove, which we chose not to do because we were enjoying the hotel so much. The double living room was a huge plus because the younger ones had their own space to hangout. The property managers were very responsive to our needs and addressed all our concerns. "This rental looks exactly as pictured. It was perfect for my family of 4. The kids had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and both types of coffee pots. The site was great! We used the big outdoor pool most and enjoyed the Beach Bear bar/ restaurant. The Poke Bowl was terrific! There is a beach wagon loaded with gear for trips down the beautiful boardwalk to a private beach much less crowded than Coligny. Most nights ended for us at the indoor pool which is open to 11 we enjoyed both the sauna and steam room which helped relax our bodies and minds for the next day! "
