Excellent place for a short stay. I stayed for 10 nights but recommend it for shorter stays. The room service was excellent, especially Tammy, who was always on top of things. She ensured our rooms were clean, tidy, and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw her.
Self-check-in was a bit of a mixed experience as a staff member was always there to explain and operate the kiosk, leaving us with little chance to do it ourselves. While I'm sure everyone found that helpful, I would have preferred to do it myself. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and very helpful, which made the stay much better.
The "Kommunity" Kitchen on level 10 was a bit expensive compared to the food options available at nearby food courts (e.g., ION and Lucky), but the service and food quality were really good.
I highly recommend the queen room over the executive room with the balcony for two, as there's only a small size difference between them. We hardly used the balcony as it was scorching hot outside and there was no seating available.
