Hotel room w/ nice view being tallest building in Singapore. Supposedly luxury hotel but bathroom toilet not impressive just looking like one in budget hotels, telephone operator not sure if rectangular box beside refrigerator might be a wine cooler but said it was not in use(so I don’t understand why leave it there?), perhaps old batteries in tv remote caused tv not to respond quickly. Most importantly, Hotel staff need to be more polite, helpful(including especially the suited usher guy in Stamford Brasserie last Feb 3 happy hour time), & improve their service. Delays at check-in w/ self-service machine, staff slow to assist & wasn’t able to allow at 1pm & we were told to come back at 3pm & after we did our request to be put on a room higher than the 36th level(out of more than a thousand room 70 story Hotel) was denied outright.
