"All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage.
