"This is a beautiful place! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet — a true relaxing getaway.
The only downside (and I truly mean the only one) was the beach experience. While the beach itself is private and lovely, getting a spot with chairs and an umbrella was unnecessarily complicated. The beach attendants (Doing their jobs) wouldn’t allow us to sit in the area that supposedly belongs to the complex unless we rented their chairs and umbrellas. We already pay to stay here, so being told we couldn’t enjoy that part of the beach without additional rental fees felt… strange.
Suggestion: At the pool, it would be helpful to post signs reminding guests about noise levels. This weekend, there was a large group playing very loud music. The office staff came twice to ask them to lower it, which unfortunately led to unpleasant cursing. Of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault — it’s simply a shame when some guests don’t know how to behave in shared spaces.
Overall, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, and I would gladly return — hopefully with a smoother beach experience next time.

"The location was close to the beach and the kids also had fun taking the very short walk to the trolley and taking a ride to the village shops. Rene was a wonderful host - quick responses and so great. The VRBO was recently renovated and she thought of everything we might need. We had family staying in other places in Jamaica royale and I felt like our place was the best!"

"Great location! Loved the closeness of the beach and the private beach area was not too crowded. The townhouse was very comfortable had everything we needed. Alex was very kind and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely loved Siesta Key!Request for two quick fixes: the master bed was quite squeaky and would be helpful to have that looked at. There was also an odd odor in the house, which we later discovered was the front load washing machine. "

"This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we were extremely happy with this oceanview condo! The amenities were exactly as described by the host. Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!"
