"Front desk personnel were very helpful. We were given a handicap-accessible room, but because I recently had back surgery, I could not bend over to use the refrigerator, which was at floor level. Others with me helped out. We had a very nice stay. The breakfast could have offered link sausage instead of the cardboard bacon and turkey sausage."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the sloooow Wi-Fi. We were unable to do any work at the hotel and had to go to a Starbucks for their Wi-Fi - which turned out to be terrible as well. The location of the hotel is convenient to the freeway."

"Do not make a reservation here. We made a reservation 2 months in advance and when we showed up we were told they had no room for us. They gave our room to a preferred customer. Do not book through Expedia because they do not honor those reservations. The lady at the desk said we had no room because we booked through Expedia. They shouldn’t even give the option to book on Expedia’s site. Book directly and pay the direct price if you want them to honor your reservation."

"I was looking forward to a restful night but the lobby is so loud that this wasn’t possible. Kids were screeching until close to midnight and there were adults talking loudly well into the night. The building echoes and carries sound everywhere. The doors have large gaps under the doors that carry both noise and sound. So disappointed to have chosen a nicer hotel only to be met with the noise level of a trashy one."
