"This was the first time staying here and we loved it! Hotel has this industrial charm about it. It's located in an industrial area across from Haneda. Free shuttle to and from was seamless. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. Room met all our needs. Public onsen is a must. Staff was very help and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a hit! Will definitely be staying here again. "

"We loved the luxurious feel of this hotel, yes its a little dated but it felt lovely. The location was amazing, the view was fantastic and the staff lovely. Free parking was available across the street, but you need to pull in at the front door for the concierge to give you a ticket and direct you to your parking bay. The bathroom felt the oldest of everything."

"Love this large hotel! Why? Great location: very close to the JR station, close to a large number of restaurants of all types, Daily Yamakazi kombini, huge drugstore/pharmacy. Inside the hotel tower, at the bottom of the elevator bank is a 24/7 mini 7/11 (such a convenience). Steps away from a lovely underground full size supermarket. Super clean room, quiet , lovely soaking tub/shower, very hot running water and fills the tub quickly, superb views. The staff in the lobby was great too.
