Walking distance to subway station, the patio is good, a railroad not too far, you can see train running from the patio, but the noise is ok if the patio door closed. It’s is a self-checked and unmanned hotel, however it’s still ok to change towels if you like."

"There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside. "

Having a rental car to travel to the hotel will provide easier access, and parking is free. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."
