This looks like a recently renovated property. There is a bar on the first floor of the property. Around the hotel, it is very lively and lots of places to shop, eat and drink. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Great location, tiny rooms, basic amenities… this is not a hotel to stay for too long, but more to enjoy the central location near Tenjin. Be careful of the breakfast closing at 9:30 (very early for tourists), and the staff strict compliance to regulations, which will prevent you from getting any thing for breakfast even at 9:35, even if it closes at 10:00, even though there are still a LOT of food out on the counters.

Enjoyed my stay! Very small room so happy I was solo and it wasn’t for too long, but that was exactly as expected. Staff were very helpful, I was even able to weigh my luggage in the lobby. Laundry is available on the 4th and 7th floors, and you either have to pay with exact change (with only 100, 500 yen coins) or download an app so you can pay with your phone, but it worked well once I figured that out. Location also super convenient. About a 10 min walk from any subway stops, and in the middle of a super cool area with a couple convenience stores less than a block away. Would recommend and would stay there again!

I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine.

事前チェックインを済ませておいたので、鍵の発行まで非常にスムース。案内も分かりやすく丁寧でした。 外観は今流行りの黒を基調としたかっこよくオシャレな雰囲気で、1階にガラス張のレストランがあることもあり、一見外からはホテルぽくないかも。 自動ドアを入ると、正面に雰囲気の良いバーカウンター。かなり心惹かれる上質さがありました！あれ？ホテルだよね？と戸惑う暇も無いくらい、すぐに声をかけていただけたので良かったです。 部屋はコンパクトで、大きなトランクがある方には厳しいかも(ダブルベッドのお部屋)。必要なものは揃っており、コーヒーや水なども無料サービスとして置かれていました。パジャマがあるのも嬉しい！ バスタブは無く、シャワーのみ。 バーは26時まで営業していたのもありがたい！外で色々食べ飲みした後、最後にホテルで最後のひとときを過ごせました。 そして、なんといっても朝食！これを目当てに予約したので、二日酔いにならず良かったです(笑)　がっつりメニューはありませんが、メインのプレートに合わせておいしく楽しめるサイドディッシュが豊富で、オシャレさと味が両立されていました。産山ミルクを使ったチーズが本当においしく、そこまでチーズ好きではない私でさえおかわりの連続でした…。特に、ストラッチャテッラは最高。ヨーグルトは産山ミルクか分からないけど、おいしかったです。 スタッフの皆様も若いけど丁寧かつ にこやかで親しみやすさもあり、それでいて上質さを失わないサービスも素晴らしかったです。 また泊まりたいホテル。

天神へのアクセスが良く、周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、マックスバリュもあり便利でした。1階のラウンジは落ち着いた雰囲気で、コーヒーを飲みながらの待ち合わせや打ち合わせにも使いやすかったです。 客室は清潔で、繁華街にありながら室内は静か。コインランドリーが利用できるのも便利でした。チェックアウトもエレベーター内のボックスにカードキーを返すだけで、とてもスムーズです。 出張にも観光にも使いやすく、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

薬院周辺で用事があり、帰りは空港線を利用するのに、ちょうどいい立地でした。周辺は繁華街でホテル一階はバーラウンジしたが、部屋はコンパクトながら落ち着いた感じでした。コンビニも近く、1人での宿泊なら十分です。

리뉴얼한지 얼마 되지 않아 객실 컨디션, 화장실 청결도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 레스토랑 직원의 서비스도 좋았습니다. 레스토랑 메뉴는 서양식이지만 대부분 후쿠오카나 홋카이도등 일본의 좋은 재료들로 만들어져서 좋았고 주류 메뉴도 좋았습니다. 다음 후쿠오카 여행시에도 재방문할 생각입니다.

2泊3日で利用しました。2日目が朝から1日雨で1日中傘を貸していただけ、助かりました。 1階にレストランがあり、気になって覗いたらすぐに声をかけてくださり、 美味しいピザが食べれました！ 部屋もとても綺麗でよかったです チェックインも、チェックアウトもスタッフの方から声をすぐにかけてもらえたので、いっさい困ることなく滞在できました 近くにご飯屋さんもたくさんあり立地もとてもよかったです また利用したいです
