My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities like a humidifier and a cozy bed. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo."

"Pretty comfortable stay though the room looks much smaller than images shown from the website for 21 sq m. Hotel is a little bit off the busy shopping belt but it made up by the free bus shuttle service to the Sapporo Station. The electric streetcar stops and subway stop are only a 5-10 mins walk away. Super convenient. We extended our checkout time for a small fee which worked out well for us as we had a late evening flight. "

"Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan! "
