Independent in Shigi-Ikoma Skyline

"Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again."

"Very nice stay in Osaka. I'd recommend or stay here again, no doubt. We had no idea what to expect with access to the 'Executive' stay. We were pleasantly surprised by what that gave us access to. We ended our evenings looking out over the city. A+ room and staff, not a thing we could complain about. "

"The rooms were so small. The elevators were so slow. The check in process was very disorganized. The central air conditioning was not useful as the rooms got really hot and there was no air conditioning to cool down the rooms. The laundry facilities were inefficient. The dryer did not completely dry the clothes. We would not be coming back to that hotel. "

"The Osaka Kitahama is a great location for anyone looking for nice but quiet place in the city. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Overall, would highly recommend. "
