Great stay close to Osaka Station. Rooms were small (but normal for the area), amenities were great, easy to walk to the station or subway. Breakfast was awesome - lots of options. I would stay again.

Desk staff was friendly and professional, though the house keeping help was on their phone at times, standing in the hallway. House keeping did not consistently give the Japanese style greeting to guests. No gym, no self serve laundry.

Loved the lounge area with the free pancakes!
The laundry facilities were also great.
The one thing that could be improved is to add lotion to the rooms and steam clean the carpets.
