"Location.Location.Location. Tons of food choices around.Trains are about 7 to 8 minute walk.You will never get bored in this part of Shinjuku. I was pleasantly surprised that room is actually bigger than what I thought it would be and is well maintained. Staff is very helpful and accomodating,great customer service."

"Very nice hotel, reminded me of a Marriott Moxy Style hotel. Good bakery, small rooms, it was located right across from a beautiful park. The hotel was good, but it was a good 20 min walk to Shinjuku Station and shopping area."

"Beware of the hill leading up to the entrance from Shinagawa station - it's not like SF hill, but, if you have luggage, understand that there is a walk, which your map app will show you and that much of that is an incline. (I saw quite a few other tourists trudging up the hill huffing and puffing wondering where the entrance was. The hotel has a beautiful buffet breakfast (and 2 other restaurant choices) so opt into the Breakfast included option. The property is clean, the lobby is spacious and gorgeous, there is a very convenient 7/11 in B1, but the rooms are dated. I'd stay there again if the price was right, but I'm knocking a star for the rooms feeling dated and the hill. Hopefully, if you are aware of it, it won't be a problem."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"
