"Locked in during the Typhoon. Hotel is older but well maintained. Had water come into the room from the storm but minor. Overall a classy place. Junior staff could do with some training as they are too often looking at their phone screens rather than attending to customers. Again overall a very nice place to stay. Oh and location is PERFECT. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt. There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "
