"位置方便，好近地鐵站，與服務台聯絡需要利用WeChat 太不方便，最匪夷所思的是半夜零晨時間玻璃幕牆外工人在吊船上工作，引致吊船不停撞擊牆壁，製造極大噪音，引致整夜難眠，直至半夜三點找服務員上房理論及投訴，擾攘一段長時間聲音才停止，本人已經不能再繼續入睡，嚴重影響精神。不明白酒店為何會這樣安排？"

"房間一股潮濕的味道，房間很小，大行李箱、登機箱，就沒有什麼位置，淋浴區黃斑大約2個月沒刷過一樣。進出時一直被問：退房嗎？充電很慢（不知道為什麼），行充充電6小時才充43%。唯一的好，是我去沃而馬、南油近，步行約15-25分鐘。"

"酒店陳舊不堪，要自己致電職員到前枱辦理入住及退房。房間內雖然有電視，但電線竟然不夠長度插入電源，而且所有遙控器均已經無電，亦找不到服務員更換。三樓為KTV而且營業至零晨，房間隔音非常差。"
