"For the rate I paid for my stay, I was expecting something other than the austere room that I was given. There was absolutely no character, little charm and nothing special about it. I paid $200.00 for the room. I have stayed in other hotels for less than this and the rooms have been welcoming and even cozy. I typically don't stay at a Best Western so my experience may be normal--I don't know. I was left with a rather unsatisfactory feeling after my stay. I will probably not stay at a Best Western again unless I absolutely have to."
