Stairwells filthy. No dog poop bags at the dispensers. No trash bags in the cans outside. Front desk staff friendly for most part. Room itself was clean. Expedia listing said “no pet fees”, but I got hit with a substantial $50 pet fee when I checked in. Exorbitant, to say the least. Would’ve stayed somewhere else if the pet fee was made evident up front.

Disliked: Staff & service
The staff was the only problem for me. There is a huge chunk of time when no one is working the front desk but they say its worked 24/7 and put a sign out saying back in 10 minutes but you could be there for a hour or hours or never hear from front desk staff but over a phone call that one of the house keepers has to make which makes the experience feel unprofessional. The rooms were clean the house cleaning and maintenance was professional

Friendly staff. Newer and pretty clean. Signage states linens will be cleaned every 3rd day, but if you need clean towels, more soap, they will take care of your needs. Breakfast was decent ... always sausage, potatoes, cereals, hb eggs, waffles, sweet rolls ... weekends sausage gravy and bisquits
