"The house was really roomy, spacious, we loved that we was able to sit on the deck. We like jumping off the dock into the water, we enjoyed the kayak and paddle boat. We was fortunate to watch all the dolphins show. What we didn't like was all the algy that was in the water and also there's too much water traffic due to the dolphins shows, so all day you have the boats contaminating the water with diesel that when we were swimming we all we're itching and had bad rash do to all that gas. We eventually had to go to west bay and west end to go swimming in the beaches and nearby pools. Overall we love the house and the location it was in. The locals were friendly and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. We also visit Anthony's Keys Resort restaurant. "

"I had such a wonderful stay at Ocean View Hotel in Roatán. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive—it really felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort. The food and drink options were spot-on. Whether it was a casual bite or something a little more refined, everything was delicious and served with a smile. The bar options were also excellent, making it easy to relax with a cocktail while soaking in the island atmosphere. What impressed me most was the way the team went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch, and it made my stay even more memorable. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the view—absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the panoramic view in the morning was a highlight in itself. Overall, I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat. "I loved how the staff and others on the property were so friendly and accomodating. They all went out of their way to see that we were taken care of and happy. We turned one night into three and made some friends that we will be back to visit with soon."

"Our stay was great! The beach that is walking distance is really beautiful, the neighborhood is beautiful, close to grocery stores & restaurants. We did rent a car for our stay. The amenities the house came with were great, just be aware of the electrical charges after your stay. "

"This is a great house. Kitchen has the basics to cook a meal (we cooked 5 nights there). The beds are comfortable. The screened in porch is great to use in the morning (hotter in the afternoon). It has a tv that has netflix etc on it. Or you can bring a firestick with express vpn on it (so it looks like you are in the US) and watch your own streaming services. Internet was plenty fast for that and my teenager watching his own stuff.The beach is a 3 min walk away. The house is basically the 3rd house from the beach. The beach is small, but there is a great dock that you can go sit on and has benches where you can watch the sunset. You can also snorkel from the end of the dock. Its a few hundred yard swim to the fish, but its not bad. I would suggest bringing something that floats to drag behind you because you do have to swim through a narrow boating lane (not very busy). We always bring something so we can be seen (and to hang onto if needed). There is even a place where other boats take people to snorkel if you swim out and to the right. Its about an 8-10 min drive to west bay. We had a car (I'd suggest getting one, at least an suv, if not a truck. some of the roads are really rough). When you get to the end of the road coming into west bay, go all the way around the traffic circle and park on the side of the road you drove in on. The road through west bay is a nightmare, you don't want to drive down it ;-). Its also close 2 the aiport -15 min. Stay here!"
