"This was the best trip I've ever been on! The Villas were just as described, so clean, and the room was cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast. The grounds were so beautiful and maintained wonderfully. The location was perfect if you are looking for a slower, relaxing environment, and access to the reef was incredible. The staff could not have done their jobs better, Sasha, Noel, Rose, everyone... The perfect curated group to make every aspect of our trip seamless. Food and drinks? Amazing!!!!!! Kate, the photographer who was visiting, was so personable, interacting with all the guests. She went on a guided snorkel tour arranged by the staff and later went out snorkeling from the dock with us. Even the dock there was amazing!"

"The Grand Roatan defintely had the feel of a 5-star resort, but what impressed me the most was the staff. The front desk reached out multiple times throughout my stay to see that my needs were met, and everyone I met remembered my name after our first encounter which was impressive. Marine life is abundant as soon as you walk into the ocean. We paid for a night snorkel on the other side of the island, but honestly, everything you'd want to see is right in front of the property. Very impressive resort in perfect location."

"Overall, a great resort. It is out of the way from the tourist areas but very quiet and peaceful. My only complaint is the pool( very beautiful) had missing tiles so of course algae was growing in the missing areas. Great views but wish they had more entertainment, such as paddle boards and snorkel gear for guests to enjoy. Additionally entertainment at night would be nice too since the place is away from the evening life. Great food and definitely a place I would stay again."

"We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well designed."
