"The staff, property, free breakfast included with our expenses was phenomenal. The pool and beach chairs were easily available. The staff was very friendly and always in a perfect mood and spoke English very well. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach and we look forward to booking again with Infinity Bay!"

"I had over all a great experience, my only complaint is THE MAN at the reception desk is not smiling/no emotions almost feels like he does not want to be there to help you, however the woman at the reception desk was a sweetheart. I think the management team should guide him on how to act with customers! "

"I really liked this hotel, I liked how it was small friendly and personal, everything in the hotel felt nice and close. Although we were at the end of the West end strip it was no issue for us to walk anywhere in WEst End. I enjoyed going for a walk and exploring the nightly food special options at local restaurants, some came highly recommended. I went diving with the onsite Diving company and found them to be organised and attentive and really looked after me. After this hotel We moved on to West Bay to a big hotel which had great reviews, and we regretted it the moment we walked in, it was like a business instead of a friendly family atmosphere from the moment they tagged us at reception and told us how much everything was going to cost us if we lost it from room key to towels with tickets, and the stupid non-removable tag i now how to wear for my entire stay (you have to pay for that too if you lose or remove it). Both my husband and I regretted our decision from moving away from Brisas Del Mar and the nice friendly place that made it feel like a holiday from the moment we walked in. We really enjoyed the included kayaks that were never an issue for the staff to pull out for us and collect paddles and pop them on the beach ready to go.😊"

"I stayed on the ground level in the unit, closest to the next-door neighbors. This was not a peaceful stay by any means lots of noise from neighbors above me and on both sides there is no window protection just screens. Also, the screens do not keep out the bugs. They are a little, no see ums they will come in even when the shutters are shut. Definitely a beautiful view of the ocean. Terrible stench in the room during my entire day, which was not addressed until the day before I left despite my mentioning it to 3 staff members. My bathroom and kitchen smelled like diapers and it only got worse as time went on . Eventually, they changed some thing with the water that resulted in the water being completely shut off for the last 24 hours of my stay. I never once received an apology. And I remained very kind and grateful about all of the aforementioned issues.Housekeeping was very spotty. I had to request sheets to be changed during my 9 night to stay and housekeeping only cleaned the bathroom, even though I requested housekeeping daily. Still only came about every other day and mainly just to bring towels . So if this is something important for you, I don’t recommend this hotel.. for others that might not matter. "
