The personnel keep the facilities pristine, doing maintenance every day, the room were perfectly clean anc organized every time we came back to rest. the breakfasts are delicious, not to mention the food from the hotel's restaurant. The employees are very attentive and always make sure to provide us with the best possible service Everything was just perfect Highly recommended.

I have visited Roatan for years and Naboo is my go-to hotel these days. It is a lovely hotel with friendly, competent staff and beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the island weather. It is less than a five minute walk from West Bay beach, which is the most beautiful beach on the island.

I had to book a last minute room for my husband. This hotel was perfect for him. He said it was comfortable, Including the bed. Clean, beautiful and modern room and pool. He wants to come back to this hotel next time we come back without our kids.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern with good AC and wifi, hot shower, and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. Menu selection changed a bit every day and service was outstanding. Dinner was also very good - we ate there twice during our stay. It's a short walk to the beach, with good snorkeling there, or very reasonable rates to join a snorkel tour through the hotel dive shop.

Spotless! Dive shop is spectacular. Conservation efforts mean the water pressure is nil and the AC is only on if you are in the room, so it can be a bit rough. No elevator.

Loved this resort! I was a single, female traveler and had never been to Roatan before. I made the right choice booking Naboo. It had a great location. It was quiet and safe. I appreciated being assigned an upper level room. That added to my feeling of safety. Staff was great, EXCELLENT communication when I had flight cancellation that changed my arrival times and dates. I’d email them a change and they would email back almost immediately. Very accommodating. It made a stressful situation much less stressful. I used their airport transportation option. $25 each way and they were right there waiting when I landed. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize this if you’re not renting a car. The area is awesome. So much within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a pharmacy, a medical clinic. The beach is super close, just a quick maybe 2 minute walk. Beach is gorgeous and one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. If you want a beach chair you can buy a drink or food at the thirsty turtle and use theirs. A couple days I got a day pass at a beach resort and used their amenities for a fee. Other days I just left my stuff on the beach, went snorkeling, swimming and nothing was ever taken. Of course, I brought the bare minimum those days, nothing of value just to be safe. Naboo’s restaurant was really good and drinks were great too. They have a buffet style breakfast included every morning which was really nice. Their pool was beautiful!!

Staff were excellent. Very clean. Convenient to beach, restaurants, pharmacy, local store, boutique, bars. Very accommodating, Friendly and informative staff. Good food/bar/pool/hot tub. Everything to say is excellent!!! The owners were great as well. Premises was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back.
