LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
Clean room. Staff is nice. Close to everything and the subway line 2 and 3. However, for an expensive hotel, i would have loved to have real coffee in the room and not those teabags. The coffee in the room was not good. The carpet needs to be replaced.

The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist ...
